Literacy: We are learning to recognize letters and the sounds they make. We are also working on narrative writing, writing about something that is true and that we know a lot about! We are exploring technology, with Lexia and have begun small group stations.
Math: We are learning about repeating and growing patterns as well as subitizing. We are learning the language of what it means to have one more, one less, and something that is equal. Dreambox has begun, please ask me if you would like the login so your child can work on these programs at home!
Sight words: We have learned the words the, am, and I. We are amazing at searching for these words in books during read to self time!
